Well, I lost a bet with my friend that I didn't think there was any way I was going to lose.

So I have to get a date with a girl (must be decent looking according to his standards) for this coming weekend by Weds. or I have to pay him an amount of money larger than I want to pay him.

The good news is I have an extra front row ticket to a popular band coming to town, so that should make the task a little easier.

Suggestions?

A different friend offered me, "Hi, how much does a polar bear weigh? Enough to break the ice." Then proceed with normal convo.

I should have mentioned in OP that I have to use a pick up line as the introduction b/c of the terms of the bet. I'm not accustomed to using them, hence me being lost.
