Need SEO Help

Hello all,

I would like to pick the brains of someone who is knowledgeable about SEO and about driving targeted traffic to a site.

My site is not AdSense based etc. I am selling a real, physical product and right now am getting the majority of my traffic via AdWords but would of course like more organic SE traffic.

Hoping to chat via AIM and afterwards I would post the conversation here so it would be useful to others as well.
