Cell phone tracker question?

I need to locate a cell phone. I went to worldtracker.com which can pin-point a cell phones location, but they are currently not accepting new registration. This is a very pressing problem that I was wondering if anyone can help me out with. Do any of you either know another website or possibly have the ability to search for a cell phone youselves?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I will even throw you 5 bucks on Stars if someone can search and tell me the location of the number.

HELP PLEASE!!

I wasn't aware that this technology was widely available to the public for standard cell phones yet? I thought this was something only the phone companies and law enforcement were currently able to use?

I thought so too. I wouldn't be surprised if some small companies start (already are?) popping up with this technology built into their phones. I can see it being pushed for parents to buy for their child and paranoid boyfriends/girlfriends/spouses to buy for their better half.lol
