Default How Do I Add A Picture In A Thread Response

I want to put a picture in a picture only thread and I can't seem to figure out how to do it.

Click on "My Home" then you need to go to the bottom of the page and edit "Peronsal Information" you have to paste the URL of the picture you want to show up. If it is a personal picture you need to upload it to a personal website or a site like image shack first.

To clarify, CaptVimes is talking about how to create or change an avatar (the pic under your name). Here's a link to a recent post that describes how to simply post a pic that is saved on your computer:
