Today i slay the beast that is fast food...choose my final fast food..

I'm fat...not mad super i need two seats at the table fat. But 6'2" 240s probably a little more since i've been an extra fat [censored] lately. Probably up to about 250 or god forbid 260s.

I eat too much of this sweet poison called fast food. And after today it shall be no more. I'm giving up soft drinks as well. Only water and liquor from here on out.

So where do i go for advice...the newly fat [censored] capital of Two Plus Two (i ordered myself an XL "LOL Donkaments shirt as well).

What should i eat? Give me the sloppiest of sloppy [censored] to scarf down for my final lunch of fast food. I may not even do this at all and just start now with the "never fast food again" plan. But, lets see what you guys think i should go out on.

My choices are:

Sonic
McDonalds
Jack in the Box
Taco Bell
Chik-fil-A
Long John Silvers
Subway (don't think this fits in here but who knows)
Local establishments that have decent food (The Dairy Bar (pretty good burgers and random stuff, Hot Stop (the same as dairy bar (i think this may be shut down...not sure)) and a ton of local mexican food places.

Might even go to somewhere semi decent like Chili's or Johnny Carino's....

So, pick what place and what i should get...

Make me fat just one more time BB4L...before i go the way of the dids.

Gotta be chik fil a or Taco Bell. I also swore off soft drinks and fast food but allow myself chikfila 1-2 a month and Taco Bell maybe once every 2 months.

Good for you, OP. You'll start feeling better in a week.

As a professional Taco Bell eater, my vote would have to be TB for sure. And as said professional, I would advise that everyone should eat Taco Bell at least twice a month whether they're on a diet or not.
