Getting money from stars to party

I want to take roughly 10k out of stars and put in in party poker. Is neteller still reliable (I'm Canadian), or is there a better way for me to do this?

I have had 0 problems with neteller and do 10-15 transactions a month.

Neteller is still reliable for all non-USA countries!

Yea... because the alternative payment processors that have recently surfaced have proven themselves to be sooo reliable. Not to mention the so many positive trip reports about cheque cashouts. I could just as easily say I'm amazed Americans still choose to live in America and that would make as much sense.
