The only place I think you might think about letting this go is on the flop, but thats borderline at worst. Otherwise it's pretty standard

raise it up pf

i'd prolly 3bet large on the flop, this is a monster flop for you... but since BB is such a fish, callings fine to keep him in.

turn is standard, nh

3bet flop how much?
You put in 50% of your stack in there and if the turn blanks what do you do then ?

Raise 67s OTB w/ 1 limper without some sort of read that says otherwise.

BBs flop bet looks like fairly weak so I would just 3bet this to try to get AI HU vs MP. As played turn is fine.
