Inhousepharmacy is highly regarded and I've had success with them both times I've ordered. They don't have anything fun, though, which is probably what you're looking for. I'm not affiliated with the site at all.

I was thinking of trying to order some aderall off one of these things, but I thought there was a good chance I would get some fake that was possibly dangerous.

There is next to no chance of getting adderall, Xanax is about the hardest any of the "reputable" places sell.

You can get modafinil (Modavigil).

You can get ritalin but not adderall online. Beware of any site claiming to sell adderall.
