What do you think is the best way to coach/learn?

Live sweating with voice?

Email of hands?

Live AIM?

If you say combo what % each?

depends on how you learn most effectively.

but live sweating with voice has to be the standard best.

I heard live sweating has to much down time. Not a good value for your $.
