Default 5/10 Overpair JJ on the Turn

I think I bungled this hand terribly, but I am not sure of the correct play. I was 9-tabling 5/10 10-seat tables and I played the following hand. I have zero clue about my opponent since I was just in a clickfest.

J [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] J [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

UTG raises
UTG+1 raises
I call in the cutoff
sb calls

4 see the flop for 2 bets each

8 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 7 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 5 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

UTG checks
UTG+1 bets
I raise in Cutoff
sb Calls
UTG folds
UTG+1 calls

3 see the turn for 7 big bets

8 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 7 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 5 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 10 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

UTG+1 Checks
I bet
SB check raises

What is my play?

What's the PF action? Is it UTG limp, then UTG+1 raise? or UTG raise, UTG+1 3-bet?

if it's limp, raise, I 3-bet PF. if it's raise, 3-bet, I fold PF.

3 BET PREFLOP! you want to minimize the field with your JJ to improve it's chances of winning.

on the turn, as played i think i'm 3betting. the pot is big, i want to get it HU, and i think we see AT more often than J9 or 88.

Sorry for the sloppy writing.
SB check-raised. UTG+1 folded. I was already heads up.

I had a hard time with A,10 type hand given the play of the hand. i was thinking 2 pair or straight. Since I was already heads up, the pot was big, and I had possible outs, I dont think I can fold. So, do I raise or calldown?

I called. River was a blank. He bet and I called.

I 3-bang preflop.
As played I think calling the turn is right w/ gutshot and J outs. River is tough but I make the crying call; the flop CC and turn C/R is often a set but is also sometimes pair+draw.

HU i think calling down is fine so we are guaranteed a showdown. raise the river if you improve or bet if checked to. not 3betting pf is NOOOOO good, though.

pf 3bet.

postflop okay.

3-betting preflop is correct. I am not sure what I was doing. I think I coldcall 2-bets about 1 in 1000 times. I either raise or fold. I dont remember what I was thinking.

And I got punished for my stupidity.

3 bet preflop

Just call on the turn, heck you're gonna see trips most of the time or better, but call down against most players and hope for gutshot.
