Default 100NL- Q9s in a 3bet pot and flopping big but unsure of turn

Villain is beta77, a 100NL reg. on Stars. I have him at 17/14/5 over 1000 hands. His "Att. to Steal" is 31%. We've been 3-betting eachother back and forth and we haven't shown down any hands yet so there's no indication of 3-betting light.

Hero?

PF isn't standard but I think raising here is good every so often. I hit big on the flop so I bet. I'm sorta lost on the turn though. Do I bet or just check? I think the A may be a good card to semi-bluff on just like that 33 hand from yesterday.

I would lead turn for 50+ and call an all in, but I don't know the history between you and villain after 1000 hands

Just asking, with what type of hand does villain get on the turn, that calls pf, and doesnt raise the flop?

We haven't had a ton of history even after 1k hands. I posted that hand in the Cheese thread where he called my river bet with 44 on a 389JK board.

I'd check behind, but if villain wuz tight pf, this is a good time to bet the turn b/c he wouldn't have KQ, AJ, or AT, and chances r 55 raises this flop. Button has wide raising and calling range tho. You're in a really tough spot since stacks r shallow, and you have about 1/3 of urs in there. If he bets any more than $30, you can fold.
