Help... My roomate got my computer banned from 2+2

My roomate was using my laptop and got banned . He said he connected to our neihbor's wireless signal first in case he would and figured the ip address would get banned... well no actually my entire computer is banned. No matter what ip address or internet connection I use my laptop cannot view 2p2. Please help me.

I'm curious what this "roommate" did to get the address banned.

Well this time it was for begging in BBV apparently. He's been banned at least once before.
