Looks good, only two small comments.

First, I don't like the full PSB on the flop, but this is going to be very player dependant (and might be the best in this situation).

I'd like to have a full Pot-sized bet on the end in case you miss any of your gazillion outs and need a big bluff.

So maybe take away a little from the flop bet and/or a Rempel 3x BB bet preflop. This should probably freeze the small blinds bet, or if the small blind does bet, it'd be the correct amount.

Good point regarding the flop bet. I considered it but had no data on my opponent.
