how to include graphs

I want to post graphs and screen shots of PT and monthly graphs like everyone else, but don't know how. Can someone please help a guy out and let me know?

I know the program......im asking how to include the screenshot into a post

1) Click on the application you want to take a screen shot of

2) Press Alt + Print Screen (The 'print screen' botton should be on the top right of your keyboard.

3) Open Paint (Start -> Accerories -> Paint)

4) Once paint is open, press control + V to paste the screen shot.

5) Crop the image as needed.

6) Save the file as a jpeg.

7) Go to www.imageshack.us and host your image.

8) Copy the location of your image at image shack (it will provide you with the URL)

8a) You can test if your image is hosted correctly by entering the link in a new browser window.

9) With the link still copied on your clipboard, go to 2+2 to make your post.

10) Include the image in your post by hitting 'Image' botton when making your post.

11) A box will pop up to type in your url, simply hit Control + V to paste the link you have copied.
