Default 100NL AK in wierd spot

Villian is Cookson, who might be a 2+2er seems to be a decent player but this was a really wierd spot for me....

why would you overbet c-bet this flop

And generally you're beat on the turn here almost always by any half decent player

I would bet 2/3 pot on flop and turn to make it easier for worse hands to call.

well.
yeah.

If hero's image is at all bad or villain is bad then it's a thin call. But most tags can beat one pair here almost always on the turn here, plus 56 just got there

Assuming my bet is correct on the flop, what is your play on the turn, and what if he repushes you on the turn when you make a smaller bet ?
