Default AA Facing CRAI on Flop - How often do we call here?

No solid reads, its a 100NL 5 max table 4 handed.

Villain seems loose but only over 25 hands, haven't seen him go crazy postflop yet. (VPIP of like 40-50%)

Paradise Poker
No Limit Holdem Ring game
Blinds: $0.50/$1
4 players
Converter

Stack sizes:
Hero: $87.90
Button: $398.55
SB: $239.75
BB: $141.00

Pre-flop: (4 players) Hero is UTG with A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
Hero raises to $4, 2 folds, BB calls.

Flop: 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] ($8.5, 2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $8, BB raises all-in $137, How Often Does Hero Call here?

Range is pretty wide, villain could have overpair (JJ-KK), set, two pair, OESD, flopped straight etc.

what % of the time should we be calling against relative unknown 4 handed?

Thanks

This is like TT-QQ a lot.

I call every time. There is no way hes trying to get value from a 2pair+. He doesn't know we have an overpair.

I think this is 50-50 here. I'd probably call against an unknown

I think it's either TT-KK or two pair. I don't think a set or straight plays like this. Since you crush TT-KK and have decent equity vs two pair I stick it in.

I've seen people make this kind of raise with bottom 2 and I think it's a definite possibility

What % of the time? Wrong question!

It's obvious that - without reads / history etc - we have two choices :

(1) Call every time if we think we are ahead 50% of the time
(2) Call never, if we think we are behind more than 50% of the time.

I think we are behind far more than 50% of the time against an relative unknown without reads, so I use always (2) in this situation.

I haven't done the math but we probably only need to be ahead like 35% of the time to call with the dead $16.50 out there plus the outs we have assuming he doesn't have a straight/set

im also calling this every time. You're beat sometimes, but as stated this is an overpair lower than yours a lot, and even a hand like 89 a good % of the time.
