Default 5/10nl vs Moneymaker Caesars

Played 5/10nl at caesars, we got a mandatory $20 straddle going on.

I have about 4k behind, Moneymaker has about 20k. I've been running pretty hot, he's been playing pretty good, a weird play here and there but overall solid. He wants to leave as its like 5:30 am, and in our only hands agaisnt each other i've made mainly strong moves. I also stacked him when i had 9T vs 98 on a 996 flop.

Moneymaker opens to 140 (the remaining $10 chips he has left)
I raise to 420 next to act with Qc Qd
folds to moneymaker who calls.

flop Tc 8c 8s pot (~ 870)

moneymaker checks i bet $400, moneymaker calls (after a ~ 2 second delay)

turn Jc

Moneymaker bets $500, I look back at my cards, call after about 5 seconds

river Js.

Moneymaker bets 1k.

Comments on all streets appreciated.

Bet 600 on flop. Turn fine. Fold river.

i usually bet between 2/3 and 3/4 pot, this time i didn't. Pots already pretty big, and i think he's defending preflop with quite a bit. Any real reason why betting 600 instead of 400 is so much better in this case?

I also stacked him when i had 9T vs 98 on a 996 flop.

how this hand went down could be pretty important.

okay it was early on, moneymaker had been playing a bit laggy at the time.

theres a straddle, he limps? i raise to 100, only he calls.

flop 996 2 hearts, he checks i bet 150 he c/rs to 400 (i think), i elect to just call, getting it ai on any turn as i thought he might have air.

turn blank he pushes i isnta call, my hand is good. i had started this hand with 1k-1200, and he had like 20k

i def had been getting the upper hand in any hands we played together
