Is the support ticket working correctly for everyone?
I didnt see any "new messages", but went in and saw several tickets that were already "closed"..referrals from landing page etc...Just wonder if all the bugs are worked out.
Regardless, i know i appreciate all the work these folks do. Rakeupdate rules.

There are possibly issues with the system that notifies you when you have new messages. I'll give it a once-over. If you have any information about specifics of the issue (or if you find any other bugs) feel free to PM me.
