100NL - Monster draw against weaksauce in 3b pot
Villain is running 18/9/1.25 over 300 hands. He has been pretty inactive.

I play the same. I have no clue what his donk bet range is here but I always raise donk bets with hands like that and you must call the push getting 2 to 1.

WHOA YOU HAVE ace and queen of spades you probably should just shove allin as soon as you see that flop
they probably will fold and if not you have many many outs because you have a flush draw nad many overcards |

Re: 100NL - Monster draw against weaksauce in 3b pot
Non standard. The reason is that we have no usually no fold equity against donk bettors! If he traps with a set, which is a very common donkey line, your all-in puts you in a terrible spot. Take the nice pot oods he gives you and hope to catch the flush on an unpaired board.

Re: 100NL - Monster draw against weaksauce in 3b pot
I play basically the same, except i would raise his flop bet a bit more, like 25-35. From villains POV, a slightly larger raise would look less UI overcards, or in other words, if you were gonna raise with UI overcards you would probaly raise to 22, because you figure his range is kinda big/little. Also if you raise a bit more his range of actions will probably be weighted a bit more towards pushing or folding, and less towards calling. Him folding on the flop is ok, as is getting it AI; the only situation that might be troublesome is if he calls you.

Re: 100NL - Monster draw against weaksauce in 3b pot
I'm more concerned about the decision to raise in the first place. If villain bet out $20, I shove all day. However, since he has such a low AF and we are getting sick pot odds, is calling really that bad? Can we really expect to face a PSB on turn which we would probably have to fold to?

Not raising those weak leads a good percentage of the time is a mistake imho.

The only thing that would deter me from raising is the fact that this is a 3b pot.
