Default bet or pot control?

Absolute Poker
No Limit Holdem Ring game
Blinds: $0.25/$0.50
9 players
Converter

Haven't been there long enough for any real reads. Table seems a bit tight/pasive. BB is somewhat loose passive over less than 50 hands.

Stack sizes:
UTG: $7.90
UTG+1: $56.30
MP1: $17.70
MP2: $94.25
Hero: $47.60
CO: $15.05
Button: $95.25
SB: $39.70
BB: $67.90

Pre-flop: (9 players) Hero is MP3 with Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
UTG folds, UTG+1 calls, 2 folds, Hero raises to $1.5, 3 folds, BB calls, UTG+1 calls.

Flop: 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] ($4.75, 3 players)
BB checks, UTG+1 bets $2.5, Hero raises to $6, BB calls, UTG+1 folds.

Turn: 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] ($19.25, 2 players)
BB checks, Hero ??? Bet (how much?) or check for pot control?

Thanks,

psw

Raise more preflop, raise more on the flop.

I like a turn bet. Lots of his possible hands are 34/78/XdXd, Jx, etc.

Anywhere around 2/3 pot is fine on turn.

You have to bet cause of the draws but I am a little suspicious, why would BB check the flop then call after a bet and raise happened infront of him?
I think we might see 66 here.

i was half joking, but I played it for the greater portion of febuary and people don't fold draws on the flop.

I knew you werent totally serious, but I dont know NL50 very much, I know its more fish then higher limits of course.
I am going to move up to NL200 hopefully in the next couple of weeks and I will prob need some advice on the changes from NL100 to NL200 on FT.

I agree word for word. I'd make it 2 preflop, about 7.50 or 8 on the flop, and 12 or so on the turn.
