I'd make it 250 to go preflop although given you close the action to guarantee a 3-way pot, flat calling isn't bad.

On the flop, you flopped a monster hand, I wouldn't call, I'd C-R to 600 or so.

just make it 500 and call a shove, or get it in on turn if he calls.

I think I might just call this flop. You probably are ahead without the draw/ they could draw to a weaker flush and ship their stack, etc. Why not make sure they stay in here and get them in later on? Raise/reraise turn and try to get it all in there.

I'd think a good portion of the times you get a call after shoving the flop you are drawing to your flush to get a win vs 2 pair/set or low flush.

I don't like raising the flop because you are either against a better hand and a likely shove from that hand, or you are against a hand that is extremely far behind. Either case a bet is probably not the best decision.
