Default 25NL : KK ugly board

This is a hand a friend gave me and it was interesting.
-no reads on UTG
-The_F1sh -16/7/3 over 700 hands. Raises few hands and when he goes to the river he has the goods.

Crypto converter doesn't work now so i used pokerhand.org
http://www.pokerhand.org/?870403

How do you think he should have played this hand?
UTG-limp/call reraise si 100% a PP

raise more preflop and bet bigger on the flop i think. though the flop really looks bad with so many callers.

it depends on the number of callers too, i think he has to go broke here in a reraised pot with kk in case someone hit trips, so probably push any turn.

I would make it about 5 or so preflop. Then the pot is big enough that you probably have to felt it on the flop regardless.. Plus if he calls a bigger raise you don't have to worry so much about JT and 65 etc. If he flopped a set you are probably going to double him up anyways

You really want to fold out some of those limpers so people don't get odds to call your raise w/ some nasty stuff
