Default NL100 - 3-betting the turn with A high

Villain was 22/7.8/3. Does he check the turn with a real hand after I checked behind on the flop? What do you think of my play?

If he doesnt have a Q he is probably folding, which is wierd that if he is minraising he prob has a decent hand, or is just completely lost in the game of poker.
