Putting a new thread to track interest in a 2p2 league on Xbox Live for WE 2007 on the Xbox 360. I know there is some discussion in the other thread but the title is for the old game so it might not attract new players and I don't want to sift through every response trying to tie together 2p2 name and Xbl gamertag.

Was thinking about a format.

What about 2 teams each from the EPL: one top 5 and one bottom 5. Draw for the top picks, bottom picks chosen in reverse order of top teams. So if you have first crack at the top teams, you have 5th choice for bottom.

League is round robin--both of your teams play every other team once (or home and away). Your score is combination of the points for your 2 teams.

OK guys time to get the ball rolling on this.

We will each play 2 teams, one good and one bad. I am guessing we agree on the best ones: Chelsea, ManU, Arsenal, Liverpool, Spurs. I will look at the game tonight to try to figure out the 5 worst EPL teams.

We then need to figure out how to do a random 1-5 draw amongst ourselves. Any suggestions? Whoever draws 1 has first pick of good team, and last assignment of bad team. So ideally they have the best and the worst, 2nd best and 2nd worst, 3rd best and 3rd worst, etc..

I have a schedule ready to go. 16 matches PER team: home and away vs. every other team. You, of course, do not play your own other team. So we all have 32 matches. I figure we can do 2 a week (15 minute games, no extra time, injuries yes, stadium and conditions random), so each of your teams have one match per week. (There are 4 byes and a 17th week so I didn't have to spend 8 hours on the schedule).

The standings are total points for your 2 teams combined. You can PM me results and I will keep the standings and post here after each matchday.
