Default Headaches

I just recently turned 24. In the past 12 months or so I have gradually begun to have headaches. I never got them before, lately I've been getting mild ones almost daily.

It pretty much sucks. I've noticed when I'm high they go away but get worse later on. Who else gets these damn things? What do you usually do?

Fortunately the pounding headached occurs rarely, say every few months or so.

I used to smoke up constantly and I'd get these too. They stopped after I stopped smoking. I'm not preaching, just my advice. I take Aleve for anything, it works great for me.

See a doctor. Most likely something is triggering them. I used to get migraines regularly, and I had to keep a journal of my activities for a few weeks to see what caused them. It can be anything. Mine tended to happen when I was not eating breakfast. I also had a desk that was next to a window and the light would get to me. I started making sure I ate something in the morning and moved my desk to a seat not near a window, and they started to go away. Occasionally I'll still get them, but they are not nearly as bad or as often.

you've got to see a doctor. i don't know what the possible cause could be; but if it's happening daily you should see a medical professional. best of luck to you, that doesn't sound like fun.
