Physical twitches - how do you stop them?
And what causes them? Like a lack of salt in the body or what? I woke up at 4am this morning and haven't slept since - sometimes standard except for the fact that my left calf has been twitching the whole effing time. I've tried walking, I've tried running. I've tried lying down, I've tried to massage it myself - nothing is stopping this annoying POS. I know it will eventually go away, but is there anyone out there that has any other suggestions as to a shortcut?
