Sanjaya cracks me up

Last week he was crying like a baby and this week he gives us this gem, "My grandfather died when i was 5, it was really hard on me"

plus his performance was as bad as i have ever seen on Idol

I thought he and Brandon Rogers were in a competition to put in the worst performance in the history of the show.

I think Sanjaya and AJ have forgotten about the rest of the competition and are just having a gay-off.

Haven't seen the episode yet but his performance can't have been worse than Kellie Pickler's Bohemian Rhapsody, surely?

I think I would put Pickler's BR on repeat and listen to it all day before I listened to Sanjaya or Brandon from this week one more time.

AJs performance last night had me wondering if a gay man could win the whole thing. AJ sang well but it felt to cabaret.

The question is... does middle america know a gay man when they see it? If so... do they love him like they love Ellen Degeneress and "Will & Stacey" or reject him?

I doubt it -- Clay somehow lost to Ruben (though the voting was close), and Clay is a much better singer. He was gaydom's greatest chance.

Someone plz figure out how Sanjaya is getting such great DialIdol numbers. It's so baffling. His performance was terrible, so when did American girls start drooling over skinny, effeminate Indian dudes?
