Tough hand, flop from hell.
I usually read donkbets as weakness, but with this flop I dont know.
I guess T9/A9 is possible.
Turn is the toughest part.
Villain could be drawing, and tries to set the price.
BUT if you raise all the monies are going in.
River is annoying too, because it looks like villain is betting for value.
Also, villain is very passive.
I really cant imagine a passive villain betting the river with T9 or A9.
TT+ raises preflop, and all but KK/AK/AA checks river - I would say these hands are very unlikely.

It hurts me to say this, but river might actually be fold.
What hand would a passive villain bet 3 streets with that you beat?

Edit: I think raising flop is best. Raising for information isnt normally good, but villain can call with worse hands (66, A9, T9, TT, other hands with a 6 or a ten) and will probably only raise you back with better hands.

If he would have made a bigger bet on the river I would have folded.
Reraising FLOP would be very bad so I decided to call.
TURN- he made a weak bet so I called again thinking he was drawing or he had something like 9T...
RIVER-WTF.. [censored] don't know.

On the FLOP I'm either drawing to 2 outs or he is dead .
He made a PSB .I he would have made a weak bet like 0.5 I would have reraised.

I was thinking at TT at some point but WTF...strange spot.
Could he limp QQ,JJ,AK,KK in that spot?
Sometimes they do but after they limp they go for their loved move : limp/minreraise...

EDIT:Anybody folds this on the river?
If he would have made a 10$ bet I'm 100% shure I would have folded..

Dont surprise me passive players limping/call with JJ+;

I think if u have raised the flop, your decision was more easy on other streets.
