Between 450 and 550 is fine imo.
Probably would lean towards the 450 side w/o antes and towards the 550 side with. |

This is one of those spots in which I have no clue what to do. I think I'd make it 600 and fold to any push. But might do something else depending on my image at the time.
I guess folding is fine too. |

It depends what your range is. If it is tight then you can raise to any amount you want. If you are rasing a lot of hands (like between 20-40%) you have to pot commit yourself against the short stack. Make it 900 or something. The conditions are that the SB/BB know ICM and the SB won't move in w/o a big hand. |
