16 BB draw played too weak?

After this hand i thought maybe leading out on the flop would have been better and i'm not sure about the fold either. Any thoughts are appreciated.

I am sure I fold too in this spot but most of you outs should be clean here so probably bet / call a push is a better line.

I am really interested on what other would do here.

You're ~34% against a higher unpaired flush draw (would prolly just call), 40% against a set, and ~55% against Ax. I'm prolly calling cause multicombo draws are teh sexy nuts and [censored].
