Height and Waist size?

i have been a 31waist 32length for the last .... long time
up until dec 15 i was 6'4 195lbs,im now 6'4 210

been going to the gym alot its good weight

i tired on some of my nicer jeans took wifey to see 23 this weekend, low waist such and such, 31w32L, didnt fit, 32w32L didnt fit either...i tired on several of my jeans and it became pretty appearnt that almost none of them fit.

My thighs have grown alot, i look alot more slim than i was but....it seems my waist is getting bigger.

i guess what im asking is...then new jeans i bought this weekend are 34w and 36w...some were low rise....is that standard? I felt gigantic buying something like this?

I dont think it has anything to do with height, even when I was 6ft 155 after HS, the smallest pants I owned were 33x31 or 30's, I was tiny, lost a ton of weight from running, basically skin and bones, but I got bitch hips.
