"Help, I need a bus ticket to xxx" - - Scam or No?

OK, need some quick help on this...trolling around a chat room and I see there's a 23-year old woman online from NC (I'm in Cincinnati) who is asking for help to get to Columbus.

Feeling like messing with her, I message her and ask her the deal. She tells me that her boyfriend kicked her out, she has to leave, wants to get home by Tuesday, but has no money, he won't give her access to their funds, and she's looking for someone to buy a ticket for her.

So, again, joking around, I say, Ok, I'm in, but, if I do this, you'll come to Cincinnati and you'll have to stay with me for 3 days. Of course, those three days include as much sex as I want. She...agrees.

So...how much of a scam is this? Any chance this is real? She's wanting the ticket, not money, and keeps insisting that there's no way she could be screwing me because the ticket is non-refundable and she'd have to get to Cincinnati because the ticket only gives her the ability to do that.

Is there a way for the ticket to be changed on her end? Help me figure out what her play is here...

Sicc - elaborate? LOL. I'm seriously, and I don't know if it's just bc it's late...but I'm thinking about this bc I don't know how this can be a scam. Please share your thoughts..other than I'm an idiot...
