Default 77 3 way turn play

SB in the hand is Jablue, I don't know much about him but he was on a couple of my tables and didn't seem like he would flatcall that flop with a set, and I couldn't really figure out what his lead was supposed to represent. The call by the original pfr seemed pretty weak to me.

SB c/c flop and bets out the turn? ew... This looks like spew to me and you're getting reasonable odds to look at a river. I expect to get folded to rarely.

what do you put sb on though? would he really flatcall behind a caller already with a set?

btw, I think he makes some tight folds (89 being one of them if he's decent) but I also think he has a set or straight here a TON

89 or 99 does make a decent amount of sense.... the more I look at it the less I like it.....
