I have a hunk of lamb....tell me what to do

Making dinner tonight - i have some lamb steaks or whatever the [censored] you call them. What should I put on it and best way to cook? I'm thinking olive oil, salt, pepper, oregeno and frying it......thoughts?

Substitute rosemary for oregano and you're all set

Tonight might be a bit late, but salt, yoghurt, honey, and rosemary. Rub it in, leave to soak, then grill as hot as you can.

How well did you end up cooking them? I am not expert, but I'd think mid rare is about right.
