Default ($36) 55 in SB with one limper

As a result of my 40 BI downswing at the 60s I have switched over to Full Tilt and playing the 36s. I haven't played that many sngs at this level so no reads.

Is this standard or should I just complete and play for setvalue?

Full Tilt Poker
No Limit Holdem Tournament
Blinds: t50/t100
6 players
Converter

Stack sizes:
UTG: t2290
UTG+1: t718
CO: t5110
Button: t2964
Hero: t1270
BB: t1148

Pre-flop: (6 players) Hero is SB with 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
UTG folds, UTG+1 calls t100 (pot was t150), 2 folds, Hero raises all-in t1270

Since you got no replies, I'll take a stab. I think this is OK unless you have a read that UTG+1 regularly limps monsters, plus you have BB covered so they won't call without a monster hand. How did he/she lose half of their stack here?

What he said, and I can see making this move w/ a lot lesser hands than a PP.

i might be wrong, but for once i agree with fenef (i think)....id probably just fold if i wasnt going to shove, your stack sucks out of the sb for completing with 55.

I'd complete. You're getting 5:1 direct odds as well as some implied odds if you hit your set. The odd time you'll even take down an uncontested pot unimproved. I think it's slightly better than folding and I don't think I like pushing here unless, as another poster said, UTG is real loose.

either call or fold here depending on which button your mouse is closer to at the time.
