how bad did i play this pot
dream 20/40 loose passive table... basically one of those games where no one can bet but everyone can call a raise...
Hero in UTG limps QcJc MP1 (loose passive) limps cutoff (short stack loose passive) raises button (loose passive semi bluff draws occasionally) calls sb((loose passive) calls bb (loose passive) calls hero 3 bets mp1 calls CO caps (7 chips left) everyone calls pot: 12 bb flop: Jh 7h X check to hero, who bets mp1 calls CO raises 7 chips all in button reraises to 11 chips SB calls BB folds i'm strongly leaning toward folding because i figure i was playing for sidepot, but my lag-god ed miller told me to make it 15 chips, which i did mp1 all in button/sb calls pot: 19 bb turn: 9x sb check hero check button check river: low card sb all in for 6 chips hero call 6 button laments his missed draw and folds pot: ~21 bb any thoughts? was there ever a chance i was good on flop? if i hadn't decided to make it such a huge pot preflop, i probably would've folded on flop...

bet/fold the turn? i cant imagine giving him a free river. but hes not raising you on a draw. after you make that 3rd side pot, i check the river, and then i probably fold if he bets

I was in a spot sort of like this last week and I checked the flop and folded when it was 2 bets to me and I wound up folding the best hand, so I like your flop bet. However I'd still fold when it's 2 more bets to me. If I 3bet the flop I'd bet/fold turn 100% of the time. As played call river.

If you get raised on the turn and call then the only thing improving your hand will do is cost you an extra bet on the river because you're going to be drawing dead almost always here.
BTW are you that asian guy w/ glasses that was playing in a 20 game on Sunday when like 8 of us had overs and it changed to 40/80?
