With the information you've given us, AKs is never a fold preflop. But if you're hiding some read that the capper is so rock tight he only caps AA, then yes.
I don't mind the flop fold as it appears you're drawing slim to dead with that action and two spades on the board.

Not many will make that fold in some games. BUT, as PJ mentioned, no reads given. If these guys were maniacal, this could be a bad fold. I've never folded AKs preflop in a game. AKo I have(though not in a long time). b
