Default Using good ol\' PT

I've gotten pretty good about reviewing my tourney HH's with SNGEGT (I'm a cheap bastard w/o baller money for SNGWiz or SNGPT) and it has definitely improved my late game.

However, my use of Poker Tracker itself is pretty plebian. When playing 6-9 tables continuously, I don't always write down hands that bother me to look them up later. Should I just go to each tournament and look at the hands where I lost significant chips? (The thing is, you can win chips on a bad play, so that's not the best method)

Any good ideas/old posts about using PT for SNG analysis?
