Default PS $11 --- 45 man - Bubble boy A-7 from middle position

In retrospect I probably should have just raised 3x BB or folded. Thoughts on this hand please.

No. I think the push is fine. You have less than 10xBB. Plus there are antes and were on the bubble.

Was villian's call was KJ a good one given his relative chip position? I didn't think it was but wanted to validate.

If it makes you feel better, no. On the bubble his call is pretty much awful.

I think his call is typical bad play in the low level PS tournaments if you want validation. I don't like the push from MP3 with A no kicker, but i can understand it. I would prefer to be on the button before making this move with Ax, and I like my x to be 8high, but that's me, I'm a tight player. I don't like pushing all-in PF anyway, I would prefer to A/I after the flop on a bluff here then an all-in PF.

Push or fold.

Me: depnds on how table were playing. Probably a fold though unless we were in later position.

His call: Loose but often seen in lower tourneys.

Nothing wrong with a push here. Your stack is dipping into the red in relation to the blinds and antes so I don't like a 3X raise. Push or Fold. Sometimes I push and sometimes I fold with a hand like this though and it would be tough to pass up with your position and the amount of players left to play. You are really just looking to pick up the blinds and antes because you are only going to get called by an A better kicker or a pair and hoping to draw out. I would rather have suited connectors than Ax unsuited because of this if you know what I mean.

Having said that I would of laughed and been happy to get called by KJ and then said That's Poker when busting out. Bad Call by the BB and good spot for you to pick up some chips uncontested hopefully.

Fold for me. Also, bad call by the BB.

Easy push first in. Starting pot is 1350, you have an M of 4.

you can push with a lot less than an Ace in this position first in.

BB call is awful.

Were you first in at all from the button round to MP3 in this orbit?
