Default NL400: JJ overpair for all the chips

He is running at 20/17/3.35. I know that he 3-bets me lots preflop with various holdings. I haven't played a hand all-in with him yet though.

He used half his time bank before he pushed.

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

BB ($614.90)
UTG ($1049.07)
MP ($394)
CO ($512.10)
Button ($398)
Hero ($513.70)

Preflop: Hero is SB with J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. Hero posts a blind of $2.
UTG calls $4, 1 fold, CO raises to $20, 1 fold, Hero (poster) raises to $68, 1 fold, UTG folds, CO calls $50.

Flop: ($148) T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets $111, CO calls $512.10 (All-In), Hero ..

I'd really hate calling of my chips there. I think it's really spewy to do so. If/when hes on the draw (contrary to when he's faking to be on it with a set), he'll have overs or some kind of combo. Sometimes he'll even have AA/KK here. All n all, your way behind his range. JJ is just garbage here.

I think its a fold always, it could be A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] but most of the time its a slowplayed overpair or in the raire case its TT / 77 / 33. Against his effective range your way behind so easy fold

Fold. It's always painful to fold an overpair, but here you have to do it IMO.

Well, I mean if somebody is clever enough I think he would show I nice profit just shoving on me with any split pair (on ragged boards), draws, overcards etc., since I will not have enough to call him quite often. But then again I guess I would pick up on that and start calling him more... hmm.. I'm clueless, as usual.. :-|

Yes you'd pick that up. And this time you happen to have JJ on this board, a lot of times you wull have KK/AA/TT/A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] etc against your range if some1 is shoving this board with this action its -ev for them

I'd fold.

I'd be interested to know what UTG's stats are. If he's not been limping a tonne, I might just flat call CO's raise.

As played, I think his is a pretty standard fold. Calling $70 preflop is pretty scary IMO.

yea, I think this is a fold...The few times you are ahead, its not by much, and you are behind a ton.

Also, this doesn't mean I never call here.
