Villain is a 26/16 TAG over 750 hands. His postflop play might be a little suspect, but nothing too strange. I never know if I should raise the flop or turn (or river??) in these spots.

I say raise the flop donk.
It is safe to assume you are good right now, but although TPGK is strong it is not so strong that you should even think about getting cute, and this might be as strong as you are ever going to get with this hand so you got raise or bet every chance you get until villain either folds or starts acting like he has 2-pair or a set. If/when he starts playing back at you take a WA/WB line, ie call down except maybe consider adding a value bump on river. You may only get a small pot, but take it down and move on. Then again, I'm not so good, so I'm eager to hear if there is a contrary opinion out there. |

On that board I often wait until the river. A TAG can release a worse Ace or this is a bet/3-bet move with a set/two pr.
I have also just called down on occasion when I wasn't in the mood to fold to a reraise. That may be poor poker I don't know. |

Raising the flop, or waiting until the turn or river are all fine. I don't think it really matters all that much. You do want to put in a raise somewhere, though.

common line:
Wait to the turn. But this is a scenario where I mix it up totally depending on recent plays i've made and the opponent. |

I never raise the flop on this board.
I raise the turn if some backdoordraws might have improved to 4-card draws, if I have some kind of draw ( like a gutshot ) and/or if villian will likely c/f the river. Otherwise ( against a bluffing lag for example ) I'd wait until the river to raise. |

Raise the river if he is LAG post flop or if you think he s value betting. However against a standard TAG I would raise the turn and expect him to call down 60% of the time.

I raise this because we probably have the best hand, and to take back the initiative. |

I think it's good to let him bet the hand for you.
Sorry if answer is obvious: If you wait until the river to raise vs. a LAG, are you calling a 3bet? |
