Is there any update on the regulations?

I guess I'm directing this towards some of the beltway insiders (Berge, Mr. K, etc.) or industry insiders that might be able to shed some light on where we are in the regulatory process and any possible projected dates for the announcement of the regulations. Thanks for any reliable updates. (At this point, it is my opinion that the online poker community would be better served if these regulations would just come out to end the self regulation (see Party and Neteller) and uncertainty so we can move forward.)

All regs will be published in the Federal Register for public comment before then become binding. I would follow that.

Do we know if they are meeting and having discussions? Do they have planned meetings? Or is everything just totally secretive?

There hasn't even been as little as an acknowledgment from the Federal Reserve that they need to work on these Regs...

It would be a good idea to watch the Federal Register every day .... although a much better idea is to find out which GS whatever is assigned the task.

Its all [censored]....nothing is happening...it was major market manipulation.
