Why can\'t I play Turbos?
I have a 62% win rate at the regular 5's and 10's (Stars - HUNL), but when I try to play the 6.50 and 11 turbos, my roi is barely over 6% for several hundred tournaments.... how can I be so solid at regular tournaments, and so bad at turbos? The players seem worse in the turbos! What startegy adjustments do you guys make when switching from one to the other?

[/ QUOTE ] Could be a couple things: Sample size Variance Winrate probably will be (slightly) lower at turbos in general *You dont adapt well to the stack sizes in turbos *Bad high blind strategy

i agree with cwar, if your results aren't due to statistical variance you're going to need to make some adjustments to playing with a shorter stack if you want to match your roi from the regular structure.

[/ QUOTE ] You have to play a lot looser in HU turbos esp. when the blinds get up to the 50/100 level. Do you know what you pre-flop raise percentage is?
