Default Deposit Options after Legislation

Hello all. Frequent reader, non frequent poster. I am trying to find the best sites to play on after the passage of the legistlation against online poker. I would like to play on a site that has alot of traffic and I can deposit money relatively cheap (low/zero deposit fees) and would allow me to play asap (i.e. electronic transfer not snail mail). I am looking for suggestions from this community on which sites have better adapted to the new legislation.
