Weekday nites in AC

Hi guys,

I have only played poker in AC twice before. Once on a thursday nite and once on Saturday. I will be up in AC next tuesday nite, will it be easy to find some good games? I was planning on just playing 1/2 NL, and maybe some 4/8 - 6/12 limit. I have been to trop and ceasars before, so I was thinking about hitting the showboat and maybe the taj (I keep hearing how soft the showboat 1/2 is) Any thoughts? Or should I just hit the borgata?

If you want to play 4-8 or 6-12, you limit yourself to the Tropicana.

If you play at the Taj, you can walk through the casino to get to the House of Blue poker room at Showboat.

Any thoughts?

Doesn't matter where you go for 1/2 NL.

For 4/8 Limit, you must go to Tropicana.
For 5/10 Limit, you must go to Taj.
For 6/12 Limit, you must go to Borgata.
They are the only casinos in AC that spread those particular limits.

The 4/8 game at Trop is quite a bit different than 6/12 at Borgata, with the Trop game being much looser. Both games are really passive. If you are looking for LAGs, play in the Trop pink chip game (7.5/15 Limit).

Thanks guys. I have played the 4/8 and 3/6 at the trop and both games were loose/passive as described. Do you think they will be good on a tuesday nite also?

Maybe I will just try to double up at 1/2, and then get a seat in the pink chip game. Since I have already played at the trop twice, I was hoping to try another room, it just sucks that it is all the way at the one end of the boardwalk.

If you want to play a different room, go for it. There's games in the range you want at the rooms you mentioned. Don't feel chained to one room, they're all there to enjoy.
