I signed up for Eurobet through Rake the Rake at the start of January. They were very efficient at taking my details, and despite an initial error with the tracker, everything was up and running good.
I waited for my first rakeback payment this month (approximately $150 which I expected 12-19th Feb), but it has never come. I have emailed them three times, and I havent received a response. This was unexpected. They were very quick at responding to my emails when I first signed up. I expect there is a reason for this, as I understand RTR is an established site and they have lots of satisfied customers. Would someone at RTR please clarify the situation. Thankyou |

It's been 36 hours since I first emailed. Yes I have checked spambox.
On the PM matter - surely they should read their emails before their 2+2 PMs. So far they have seemed very efficient. Maybe I am being too impatient? |

I have a feeling they are not receiving your emails for one reason or another. A PM here would be a great alternative. They seem to check in here several times a day.

I got my full tilt rakeback for jan from them, but havent yet received my UB rakeback. they have always been great in the past so im assuming its just a little delay for some reason.

Hi All..
No idea what's up with the emails. Everyone who is owed money has been paid. Main reason will be 1 of the following... 1)Dont have payment details... 2)If it's direct to Eurobet, occasionally the transfers cannot be made until Eurobet flick a switch and shift the account in to a different account of ours...
