Whatever you do, DO NOT contact Stars about this. If you do, your account will remain open permanently, to be passed on to your heirs in perpetuity.

Why not make a credit card deposit and then charge it back.

That'll get your account closed, with no hassle of emailing

Why do you need to cancel it? Maybe if you tell them you're a problem gambler they'll close it permanently.
