Default Payment Processor idea.

A lot of talk has been made how the US gov is being
very careful in its aim at the gambling industry.
Specifically they have always targets sportsbooks
or sites that dealt w/ them when they speak
of "illegal gambling", since there has never been
a court case regarding the legality of online poker
unlike the precedence set for sportsbooks.

Why doesnt a group of investors or for that matter
a big site like PartyPoker or PokerStars start
a new pay processing company that deals strictly
with poker...Then if any banks block it or the
US gov steps in, they can sue the bank or even
better: fight the federal govement and we'll
finally have our day in court.

I was actually thinking they may have thought of this
already and be waiting for the next adminstration
to take office to get them some political pull.
