Default AK 3b pot OOP, flop fd, wiff turn, how to proceed

Villain was running about 27/19/2 over 300ish hands and may think I like to bluff. I had 3b him a couple orbits earlier w/ QTs and cbet a flop of J 8 3 rainbow, he called flop w/ AQ and we checked turn and river.

I am running about 22/17/3 over 80ish hands at this point.

How should I proceed on this turn?

Push screams FD. If villain got the Qc10c you are 2.9 to 1 underdog. Villain get 2 to 1 on his money and get 1.5 to 1 on the money so he would call (if he have AcQc its even worse) . Its a tricky situation. I would probably push...

i actually think that pushing only folds out a small part of his range, specifically JJ.

checking and hoping he checks behind may be the correct play here, but im not disciplined enough to fold this hand if he bets so i jsut push

What about looking to c/r allin on flop btw? Stacks seem pretty good for it, we got outs to hit if called and it's not a disaster if he checks behind?

Push. Because of your earlier raising patterns, you left yourself no other choice.
