I know i should have reraised more after the minraise... any other suggestions?

Converter messed up here? Are you the BB? It shows you as UTG? Why are you calling preflop with Q7?

Since he called your flop raise, I am checking behind on turn, calling river. But it was confusing to tell exactly how the hand went.

Check turn to keep pot smaller. I think you can fold here on riv b/c pretty sure he definitely has flush, MAYBE even two pair, though you're getting... 3:1.
